The 2018 Yuenjin Lantern Festival was the first event we have attended since starting our studio business. We attempted to use point-controlled led lights and the shape of a star polygon, a pentagram. By using the penetrating structure, the design aimed to make a visual illusion and a varied experience of spatial differences.
The festival was in Yuenjin harbor in Tainan, so we named it “Yuenjin Star.”
